Raghu (Himesh Reshammiya) lead roll does the right things he makes the wrong way. He worships Tara (Farah Karimaee) and she reveres him too. However Raghu's philandering move pushes her away to Ireland, where she is found for drug peddling. Raghu believes she is guiltless. Turns out, she has been encompassed by a hidden man called Anirudh Brahmin. Might he be able to spare his young woman from Dublin and get the honest to goodness guilty party?
film analasys: On paper, Teraa Surroor sounds like an edge-of-the-seat action thriller. In any case, the execution is far from it. As opposed to mounting weight, which is significant for this grouping, the film is submerged with umpteen tunes and wistful flashbacks that at last murder the pace and movement. The use and abuse of unending Slowmo progressions is another issue.

Through it all, we have a reluctant Himesh in tight close-ups; a tormented soul, an authentic legend wading through circumstances that would pull basic mortals down.
The plot is practically nothing. Himesh plays Raghu, a productive businessman who moonlights as a hitman. Farah Karimaee plays Tara, his life accomplice. She gets entrapped in a pharmaceuticals case in Dublin and is caught. The movie takes after Raghu as he delivers a game plan with the help of Naseeruddin Shah, a prisoner, to help her takeoff correctional facility and take her back to India. There is no certifiable indicating to any of these plot segments. All we find the opportunity to see by strategy for sensation is either Tara in her correctional facility jumpsuit crying through nonsensical make-up, or Himesh walking the paths of Dublin as one tune plays after another.
